I was with this firm when Wendy S owned this place. Now, the new people , no one seems interested my called. I asked for annual review of my Medicare , the lady told me I must filled a form , so she can help. What form?! Don’t they just pulled my account up and can see and make suggestions? Am I just confusing, they couldn’t understand my Asian accent ??!!
They are the bomb!!They took care of filing and setting my entire Medicare/medicaid program up and at the last minute....i was filed on time and they keep me posted on changes and if i need to change anything....also its no cost to me!!i would not be here the way they set my coverage up !!and they have always been very transparent ...and check anything i ask and help me stay clear of the Red tape that folks get in tangled with!!@give them a call!!so u can enjoy similar care free living!!
