Irene was literally a heaven sent angel !! She was legit the best insurance agent I’ve ever met. She saved me so much money, especially as a broke college student I’ve been using State Farm for years ! My go to agent and a breath of fresh air! Give this woman a raise she deserves it for her wonderful customer service skills and personal relationships she makes with her clients 🧡 would 100% recommend State Farm and Irene as your agent !!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just HAD to after my experience with Travis. I usually hate being on the phone but talking with him about insurance was a highlight. I knew everything I was getting into and knew right away I would be changing insurance company’s. He explained everything in the most professional manner and was very easy to talk too! I was able to save on insurance and get an amazing deal on both car and life insurance! I’m 29 so I never thought about life insurance but here I am today with life insurance haha! I will be pointing all my family this way! Travis and State Farm has won me over for life!!!

Mae was incredibly helpful when I was adding a new person to my car insurance. I was worried that it would be complicated, but she made it so simple. She put us at ease immediately, walked us through the questions (patiently waiting for me to run out to the car check the odometer reading), got us a quote quickly, and took the payment over the phone. The whole process took less than an hour, even though it was Christmas Eve! I've used this office for my car and renters insurance for years and they've always been so friendly and affordable. It always feels like I'm talking to a real person, not a faceless corporation. I found out about them through a friend who also loves them. Highly recommend to others!

Travis is excellent at his job as Account Manager. I switched over to State Farm because of his knowledge of the insurance industry. He was so polite and respectful, even though I've never met him in person I was comfortable with our conversations.
