I moved our personal insurance to Widener a few years ago. This move has proven to be the best possible change that I could have made. Widener Insurance has met and exceeded all of my expectations. In an age where customer service has been forgotten, Widener shines. My wife and I could not be more pleased with their, proactive service, knowledge and proving time and again that Widener is there for their customer. Lucy and Mitchell have taken such great care of us; I cannot overemphasize their value. Cindy and Sterling Winn are wonderful leaders of this company and deserve all the success in the world. I have been insured with Widener Insurance several different times due to moving into the area / back to Florida / back to northeast Tennessee. Yes, there is a reason I have chosen Widener Insurance. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always happy to be so very helpful. They suggest appropriate coverages for your needs. I was interested in auto, homeowners, and an umbrella policy as underwriting guidelines are different in different areas, a differ greatly between states. My current auto coverage is much better than what I had in Florida, and much more reasonable. An unknown benefit, that Mitchell shared was I have the option to split my auto premium payment into 6 mo. intervals without any extra expense, or service charge. We recently moved from out of state and needed to change insurance providers - we were referred to Widener Insurance from our realtor to handle all our needs. Melissa is the person we worked with and she was incredible. She offered us several options and did a great job of finding insurance that fit our very specific needs. (We purchased house, auto, and an umbrella policy). The process was very smooth and she was knowledgable, kind, and patient throughout the process. We are very satisfied with the level of service provided.
