We were in the office this month to update our homeowners' policy due to some recent improvements, and our agent, Mista, handled our questions to our satisfaction quickly and expertly. I have been with Harold Dishner State Farm for over 30yrs. I recently had to put my insurance to work and have to say the customer service received was phenomenal from Kari. In navigating my claim, repairs, and receiving my vehicle back, Kari was in the passenger seat with me the entire journey. Even when I could not get answers from the repair company, Kari jumped in and got the answers I needed up until I got my car back home. Huge THANK YOU for making me more than just a number.

Kari was absolutely fantastic!!! She was a great advocate who not only helped me get my issue resolved (and a lot of money back into my wallet), but she also made sure to check-in, offer assurances along the way and follow up after reaching a resolution (i.e. to make sure my wallet received said money!).
