Incredibly fast help from Becky at my State Farm Agent’s office!! She heard me and chose a homeowner’s policy that was cheaper and had better coverage. She also helped me with a flood policy I wanted to change too. I appreciate her so my. I have had State Farm auto insurance for well over 40 years and have never had any issues.

Samantha has been absolutely amazing to work with. I switched to her back in May and the service has been excellent from day one. Since then, I bought a new car in October and just traded in another car this month, and she made every single transaction simple and stress-free. Her rates have beaten every other company I compared, and my 6-month renewal actually went down, which was a huge bonus. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for great coverage and outstanding service.

This was my first visit to this office and my first time meeting Sam, she was extremely helpful and within 10 - 15 minutes I had a policy in place. At this point I was happy that everything was handled and my business was complete, I just happened to ask Sam about how long it takes to get an appointment at the DMV, she said it varies from time to time and then said there's one available on Wednesday on Merritt Island or Thursday at Palm Bay, I chose the one on Thursday. I couldn't believe that she did that, now that's service.
