After responding very quickly to my email request to help me with my Medicare enrollment, I had the utmost pleasure of meeting her the following day. My husband had used her 3 years before and was quite impressed with her service. Jill's professionalism caught me in every step of the way. She was early for her appointment, asked a few relevant questions to help her help me to choose the plan that best suits my needs. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful Jill Whittamore is. I have an elderly relative who obtained health insurance on their own. But when the relative called the plan's 800 number directly, the insurance firm gave out incorrect information. (this relative was close to having surgery, so the incorrect information added stress.) Jill answered all of our questions, quickly helped us navigate how insurance can affect snowbirds, and within a half hour we got all the correct information.
