My name is Mike Thomas. I use "Cirmo" as a pseudonym. Today I spoke with Delores at the Palm Bay Geico office regarding a question I had regarding a bill clarification. She immediately answered the phone instead of me having to go through a myriad of automated phone selections. She was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and answered my question to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this office and their products for all of your insurance needs.

Everyone is super kind and welcoming in this office! They came to my children's elementary school event and my daughter entered a coloring contest with them that they got her super excited about. They do a lot with the community and support our local schools as well with giveaways and friendly competition. So thankful for them. This is what we need more of in our area. Amazing customer service! Good job, guys!
