Hi, I used to be a client of Westin Insurance. I see I seen the reviews and everyone seems pretty positive. This is what me and my company got. I got zero customer service. Anything he did he had to do at five times and didn’t want to do it you’ll get more value and more customer service with a different agent. They don’t seem to understand what an agent means they want to collect the paycheck, but that’s about it.

Bret Weston at Weston Insurance Agency has been so great to work with. He found us the best rates and saved us over $600 annually. We also didn't see a drop in coverages from our previous insurance provider. We have added vehicles to our policy and dropped vehicles from our policy with absolutely no hiccups along the way. The entire process has been so smooth and we have been treated very well. I would definitely recommend Weston Insurance Agency to anyone who might think they are spending too much for insurance or if they think they just need a higher level of service.

Weston Insurance is hands down the best experience I have ever had dealing with Insurance. It’s the little things they do to keep their customers happy and more importantly save money. They make a point to meet with you regularly to shop around for better coverage and prices. They just compared my rates again and found a way better policy and saved me $40 a month! They are thoughtful and even sends little treats every year for your anniversary with them. Being independent, he can shop around to multiple agencies, something I could never do with my previous agent. They make it easy to communicate and they are all stars when it comes to explaining any policy changes. Thank you Bret, Brittany, and Auray for such a great experience over the years!

Weston Insurance made it very easy to transition our home, life and auto policy to MetLife. He laid out multiple plan options that were easy to understand and choose from.
