I had a deeply concerning experience with this agency. An employee named Richard used information from my customer file to find and add me on multiple personal social media accounts. I reported this behavior and was told it would be handled. However, when I later requested a copy of my insurance card, it was Richard who sent it directly to me despite my prior complaint about him. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious disregard for customer privacy and safety. After years of being with farm bureau my rates continued increasing every year without any claims, tickets, anything of that nature. This time I decided to look around and found another insurance over $50 cheaper a month. With just having a baby 2 months early and being in the NICU a month I needed to save money anywhere I could. I reached out to cancel and was told I needed to send them my new insurance cards, so the moment I received them I did while requesting to cancel. 3 days later $305 is still pulled from my account. I reach out and was informed the refund was processing and would take 5 days. A week later I reach out again and was told they weren’t sure why I was told that but it would be 10 business days, being now 2 weeks that it would be deposited. I let them know this would not

I love Kevin’s office. Brandis always answers my calls and she’s able to answer all of my questions. We switched everything over and are actually saving money. Highly recommended
