Glen and Lydon are awesome. Their service is exceptional and they are honest. They care about creating a plan that suits your best needs. They don't make you feel dumb when you ask questions. They do a great job of explaining insurance for a first time insurance buyer. They truly do care and are the best!

I started with Glen under my parents when I was 16, my dad has been friends with him since they were young. When I got married and needed insurance of my own I thought I needed to be independent and moved away from Allstate just to find that the customer service was terrible at the other place I went and they lied to me about the money I would be saving and it ended up costing more than Allstate. I immediately came back to Glen and they accepted me with open arms and didn't make it awkward. After 14 years with them I couldn't be happier. Whenever I call Glen or Lydon are very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone I know

I have know Glen for many years and have done business with him for years and paid a lot of $ on premiums and my experience was good. Maybe it's because I've never had to file a claim. My wife and I were in a rather serious auto accident that totaled our vehicle and left us with some minor injuries. Processing the claim through Allstae was perhaps more painful than the injuries we received. It took 2 months of countless follow ups and frustrating calls with our claims manager[ who wouldn't return out calls}, to finally get a check and be able to purchase another car. Yet after less than 2 weeks, they cancelled our rental car without notice. Turns out that the claim manager and the loss department are on different sides of the planet and don't communicate or coordinate their efforts. My ag
