This is the most awful insurance agency I have ever encountered. Time after time we have tried to get them to pay for treatment for my child and they give bull reasons why they deny every time. They do not care but do not want to pay. People have gotten harmed because of there negligence and they better pray that I cant find a pro Bono attorney because I have had it with fighting with them for 2 years over the same issue. They are a huge joke that don't give two craps...... i wish I could give negative 10 stars. I have never been this disappointed in any company or organization

If I could give a damn zero I would. They are such a disappointment I signed up with Antonio Palmieri and I was asking question when it will be in effect because I’m pregnant and I need it asap he told me I came at the right day and it will be active virtually the next day. Which wasn’t the case. He gave me his call back number and it went straight to voicemail. I talked to American Health and they informed me he wasn’t even supposed to tell me they have virtual cards. I got on the phone with WellPoint and they tell me it won’t be active until the 15th now I’m solving problems and spending way more money when I shouldn’t have to begin with. I had been scheduled for neck surgery today to address a severe condition characterized by three fused discs, bone spurs, degenerative bone disease, stenosis, and arthritis, which collectively increase my risk of neck fracture from falls or car accidents. This condition has resulted in persistent pain and significantly impaired arm mobility over the past five years. However, Wellpoint Insurance has postponed the surgery, pending a 30-day review to determine if the procedure is necessary, despite the critical nature of my condition. No space between Spinal column and spinal cord !!Why do I have to suffer in pain and can be paralyzed or even death !! Refuses to let me speak to doctor that works for insurance company that denies medication that a doctor prescribes after filling it once before already, but then choosing that the only way to have medicine is to break it into more payments.
