Absolutely impressed with this office's service, and in particular Cristina V. She has navigated a tangled, and frankly ridiculous, issue I'm having with the MVA with what she portrays as ease and indefatigable skill. From the first day I called to over a month later, she has treated me like it's my first time walking through the door and that my business is important to her. I switched insurances to SF recently. I had a few questions aftering signing up for a policy and seeing changes to my billing about a month and a half in. Bart Cookus was not very helpful via email- so that is why I am giving 4 stars. BUT, when I called the office, Cristina Vazquez-Ritter picked up and WOW! She is your BEST agent. Do whatever you can to keep her at all costs. If you are looking for a great customer service, speak with her!!! She answered my questions/concerns quickly and with ease- not only did she resolve everything for me, but she was a breath of fresh air. Cristina's support reassured me that if anything ever did happen, I know I was going to be taken care of in the right way.
