I've been a driver for 51 years with an excellent driving record 22 in the state of Maryland. I recently had to switch over to State farm insurance company. That is when I was met with a great employee by the name of Teresa. Teresa is professional knowledgeable but most of all compassionate. Her listening skills are 110%. She assisted me with an issue doing a billing scenario from the inception of the policy. I want to say in addition to her great phone phone demeanor and professionalism she has great follow-up skills. She promised to call me back on two occasions and she did both times. Once I spoke with her she had some answers for me. You know it's easy to be robotic on the phone and say all the right things. However having sincere passion for what you do and a heart for people goes
