My family and I have been customers for at least 35 years. When I opened my car insurance bill, I was shocked to see how high it was. I called a few days before the policy was going to renew, and I asked one of the representatives to do a policy review to see if another company would be cheaper. I waited for some communication from them. I waited over a week. After not hearing from anyone, I sent an e-mail complaint. Well, how coincidental! I got a reply in two hours. When my policies renew next year, it won't be with this agency.

I am a newer client, but have experienced only the best customer service. I recently bought a house and packaged both my auto and home owners insurance through Ross insurance. Melissa and Maureen were so helpful throughout the entire process! They were very attentive to my needs as a first time home-buyer and even called to remind me to compete paperwork when the process started becoming a little overwhelming. Recently, I needed help canceling my previous renters insurance policy and Melissa really made it easy for me. I just called her up and she took it from there. I didn't have to spend a hour of time away from the office clearing it up. She emailed me what I needed and I sent it right back. I don't think I would get the same GREAT service from a big name corporate company. Ross Insura

I just wanted to say my first impression wasn't that great however I learned it was more due to the insurance company I was leaving not properly submitting everything over. Since that I have had great experiences with this company. Especially my experiences with Michelle, she is always so helpful and quick to respond to my million and one questions. I am very glad I made the switch from Liberty to here.

Jessica did an amazing job of explaining all of the options for several types of insurance that we were considering. She also got us the best price and made it simple to apply and set up payment. Excellent experience all around!

I have been working with this company for literally my whole life as my mom has been with them since before I was born. Michelle has always been super helpful when it comes to answering questions especially as my mother got ill and I became the one to handle her finances, to when she passed away and my sister and I took over her estate. She never seemed bothered by my millon questions and trust me there really has been a millon of them. She has always gone above and beyond to answer all of them and always remembers us when we walk in the offic .
