Terrible customer service. My husband and I have been customers for over 20 years and we will not be renewing our policies. Prior to that, my family and I have been customers since I was a little girl. Every year the customer service gets worse. We waited well over a week for a quote for our new home when another agency got us a quote within 24 hours. Recently when my husband bought his new car, they messed up the paperwork and caused him delay on getting his car. I do not recommend.

No public bathrooms Prices are higher than other agencies for the same company

EDIT ..2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️started w this company 83$ for my scion then they kept going up now with 113$ a month is crazy … ok so i was trying to get a new car w victor to check my quote he only could do 303 which is insane screw that … I AM HAPPY REALLY HAPPY I CHANGED INSURANCE THEY QUOTE ME 200 on my elantra which is amazing … shove does 303 somewere else … great doing business w you guys for 3 years … was good !!! THANKS FOR NOT HELPING AND MAKING BUSINESS WHEN I NEEDED IT THE MOST!!! 2022….⭐️⭐️Amazing people got my car on the road same day amazing customer service🙏🙏🙏 got a 2009 scion xb and im paying 84$ insurance a month basic compare to others 150$ a month im happy great place … really recommend

The insurance writer gave really sound advice regarding auto insurance. The are usually busy and do good job for the benefit of the customers. If you're first insurance plans aren't going well see about better offer here. These folks are knowledgeable.
