Not sure what Natalie’s problem is but I think this agency is great, Debbie included. I have used them for 4 years for auto and apartment rental insurance and they are always friendly, timely, and have gotten me way lower rates than Geico. Melanie and Debbie have been very helpful. Highly recommend going with this agency if you want a personalized experience and not have to sit on hold calling some 800 number.

I have been a loyal cutsomer since 2014. Never have i felt more disrespected as a customer than after speaking to DEBBIE from A J PIJAR. Absolute terrible customer service. I was in the process of moving out of state. I called to ask a few questions about how to go about switching my insurance to the state I'm moving to when DEBBIE answered the phone. As soon as i mentioned terminating my policy she became very rude, upset with every question and answered in a extremely demeaning way. She refused to answer my questions fully and hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this insurance company if someone paid me. DEBBIE needs to be re- trained on customer support/services !!

Mark was so professional and helped me in a very caring manner. I would recommend Mark and his insurance agency to anyone who wants someone that goes way above any.

We've been using them for over 20 years now, even after I moved from WMass to Boston. You might save a few bucks going with another provider, but their service is top-notch!
