I haven’t had any major issues calling for insurance business, thank God, but I appreciate and feel comfortable with my agent, Lisa Weaver. I pay my premiums. I think they’re high. I can only hope there will be no need to ask for damage payment in the future either, but if one day I do, I hope these years of paying in will have been worth it. I do hope my rates will not become so high that I won’t be able to afford them. So far so good.

Lisa Weaver provides excellent service. She is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable on insurance. She was very helpful on two non-fault incidents that we had. Her assistant and she are both readily available to answer questions and to provide advice.
