Not a professional Agent. Needed to have my insurance transferred to this agency. Very simple. They weren't willing to do it for me, even though it was easily done through the insurance company. When asked for a definitive reason as to why, I was hung up on. Will never do business with them. Very poor Customer Service.

I've used Pacific Insurance Partners (in Oregon) (WaRd Ins. group) since 1980. Shelia is awesome! The services are very personable and friendly. She strives to give the best options for my insurance needs. I love the fact that I get to talk with Shelia - that I don't have to talk to an out-sourced call center, where people don't really know anything - they just read from a script. Thank heaven for personalized service!!!!
