Brad Methner - State Farm Insurance Agent

Have been with Brad's office for many many years and have recently changed states. He has been wonderful to work with and I will miss working with him. His new receptionist Brandon is truly a great benefit to Brad's office. Brandon pays great attention to detail and really listens to what a client needs. He is very knowledgeable, explains details clearly and gets the answers needed. He is not apposed to looking up things he does not know and gets back to you in a timely manner with the information necessary for you to make a decision. I’ve been with State Farm for years, and the service has always been solid—but I want to give a special shoutout to Brad Methner and Jana Bush for their incredible support after a somewhat recent traumatic accident. Even though we’ve never met in person, Brad and Jana were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, which is exactly what you need during a difficult time. It’s reassuring to know that State Farm has people like Brad and Jana behind the scenes. Their service went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the care and attention they provided. If you have State Farm Insurance or are looking to use them run the other way ASAP. State Farm is the worst company to deal with especially with homeowners insurance. They do everything not to pay and screw you over. We had a total loss house fire and the personal property claim is an ongoing nightmare to collect on the policy. State Farm is NOT a good neighbor ! As for State Farm agent Brad Methner he is no help. He will tell you how easy it is to settle a claim and what is covered but he is not to be trusted. He would be better suited to be a used-car salesman. Bottomline.... do not use State Farm Insurance. They are the bad neighbor from hell !!

Total loss housefire, Grossly underinsured, and it’s a full time job fighting the insurance company for reimbursement, even though they have admitted my losses are far beyond my max policy payout. We were not given accommodations for a week, not given a copy of our entire policy for 6 weeks, and we were misinformed on our policy. They have overpaid our housing vendor by thousands, fraudulently paid a company to tow a motorcycle (which never happened), but they nickel and dime us for everything and devalue or contents to below half. We will never be made whole. The claims department does not return calls or emails. This has been a brutal experience, and it seems to never end. My beautiful home was completely destroyed, I can never afford to rebuild.
