We Insure Schumacher Insurance

At first I was impressed, but after having my time wasted & misled my view has changed. I’m not sure if the man in charge Jim is the actual owner or just a manager, he was presented to me as an owner, but after being misled I’m learning that He is obviously not the decision maker. This is coming from a professional stand point not consumer btw and I’m thinking that if he isn’t straight with those who aren’t buying insurance he probably isn’t straight, clear, and precise with anyone else. Disappointing experience. No one has time to have their time wasted due to someone who promises, but can’t deliver nor has the power to. That’s all!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!.Do not do business with this agency. The policies that they promote are false and misleading. They cost me over $1200 in misleading me on how the policy worked. Customer service is horrible with no return calls, all they want to do is sell you a policy and not service it. Check the Florida of Insurance Regulatory website for complaints against this agency.
