We moved here four years ago and stayed with State Farm because we had such a great history with them in New York. Unfortunately, our experience with the John Peters agency has been nothing short of frustrating. For four years, we dealt with constant issues — incorrect addresses on policies, spelling of names wrong, problems updating new cars, selling one home and buying another and still having the address wrong, and even issues with our son’s car at college… all because, unbelievably, they still couldn’t get the address correct. Over and over again. Calling or emailing rarely resulted in responses, and when someone did respond, problems were never fixed correctly the first (or second… or third) time.
