Sunny Jack: Allstate Insurance

Outstanding professional customer service and excellent policy coverage. All my questions were answered with great detail about each coverage item. In addition, whenever I called excellent communication or visited the office I was well taken care of by an Allstate team member with a smile.

I have been using Sunny Jack insurance for years now on several of my properties. I recently had the pleasure of working with Leah Hagan. I referred her to my daughter who is a first-time home buyer and Leah was awesome helping navigate her through the process and got her the best rate!! Something outstanding was, about a week letter I received a hand written thank you note from Leah and a gift card for the referral. What a pleasant surprise that was. Truly amazing customer service!! Keep up the great work!!

Simply the best. I've been with them for over 10 years for every type of insurance possible (auto, renters, homeowners, jewelry, etc.). All of their staff is extremely helpful but Leah has consistently gone above and beyond. She truly cares about the people she interacts with and it shows, both in the positive results that are achieved and the happiness of her clients.

Unfortunately, for the past two years , I’ve had zero communication with Julie who apparently was my agent. I’ve changed insurance companies now and the service is beyond great. The fact that Sunny Jack makes excuses for employees like Julie shows exactly what kind of company they own. . A simple email with policy options, doesn’t take much time. It’s obvious Sunny Jack no longer needs my business or future potential business. I’ll be sure to never refer business to this company. Their business in this economy must be fantastic if they can’t even communicate with a client. After my own research even Citizens was a better policy than what they offered. Perhaps a course in professional business relations and communication with clients would be useful for this ‘company.’

Do NOT use this company. They are very nice but if you have to file a claim or have a problem, you are completely on your own. The company I had my homeowner’s policy with sold the policy to a company called Slide. I called Sunny Jack when this happened to inquire about Slide as I had never heard of them and was concerned. They assured me that Slide was a reputable company. Fast-forward a few months to coming home to find my upstairs neighbor’s apartment had flooded into mine, causing extensive water damage and mold. The estimate for repairs alone from Slide’s own preferred vendor is 45K. It’s now 5 weeks after the damage occurred and so far I’ve received an offer for $2500 in total from Slide. Little to no communication from my assigned adjuster and no response from talking to a supervis
