Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Ive tried TWO TIMES to get an auto insurance quote from this place. Dealing with the same dude both times. Neither time he called back. When Kris was alive and there, this place was amazing. I have no idea what happened to it.

I would recommend this insurance agency! Was told about this by a dear friend. We called this agency and went there and talked with a representative. This insurance company cut our premiums in half with way more coverage. They were so wonderful and professional. Thank you for putting more money in our pocket with the security of being protected. Always so helpful when we called with questions. If they had to get back to us with a reply to our questions it was always within that same day! Thank you!

Their insured destroyed my vehicle on a Thursday morning. I was told by Lisa if their were any issues to call back and she would try to help . She was very nice. The following Monday afternoon, after the insurance adjuster's paperwork was through, I was still waiting for a rental. Remembering what Lisa said I called back and told her the problem. She began to explain to me, a 47 year old who has fully insured classic cars and 3 work trucks, how insurance works instead of focusing on the problem of rental car shortages. When I explained to her that all the problem was AGAIN was an adequate rental, she explained how I was just taking my frustration out on her. Some folks..... Can't Understand Normal Thought.....cheers!!

Because I'm clueless about car insurance lingo, I appreciated how they explained everything to me in layman's terms. They listened to what I needed and what my concerns were before investing their time into finding me the best type of coverage. I never hesitate to call them with questions that randomly pop in my head regarding my coverage because everyone there is always willing to help and clarify things. Car insurance use to be a headache for me, but with the Gingrich Agency, it no longer is.

Great insurance provider. Service is great. Always get me the lowest prices and being an independent agent they represent a wide variety of insurance companies.
