I have been pretty happy since switching to Erie Insurance through Saleme. My auto insurance stays the same year after year. My home owners insurance does go up every year but I guess that is to be expected. I get questions answered quickly. I recommend them to anyone looking for new insurance.

From the first call I made to Saleme Insurance while speaking to Kara she took care of us from day one. She went out of their way to make sure our claim was completed. Saleme Insurance has a great employee and agent taking care of people everyday. I recommend them to anyone I know and appreciate everything they do for their customers.

Fortunately we haven't had to file many claims over our many years with Saleme Insurance. There have been a few, as life happens sometimes. Whether we had to file a claim for our home or one of our vehicles, each and every time, you guys were just the best. We have never had to wait long for a response from Saleme and all of our claims have been resolved very quickly. With the "bad rap" that many insurance companies get, probably because they deserve it, we have NEVER felt that way with Saleme Erie Insurance.
