Joshua Gibson: Allstate Insurance

Gibson Allstate has an amazing staff. We are 100% impressed and satisfied with our treatment. We recently had a water leak with quite a bit of damage. We are 100% satisfied and surprised at how our claim was handled. So far Mihlkos and Serive Masters gets 5 stars as well.

I had sold my motorcycle in October of 2022, I called Allstate and cancelled my policy the next day. ,* Josh and his team reinstated a fresh new policy on 04/23... new policy,no heads up , no signature or any other o6ic5 warning,then sent it to a collection agency. Recently someone hit my car. I did not know what to do, especially because it appeared the individual who hit me did not have insurance. They presented an outdated insurance card to me. I made an appointment with my agent to decided how to proceed accordingly. My agent Josh Gibson is the best! He sat down with me, explained to me my policy, including ways to get further discounts on my policy and even called the individual who hit me insurance company to insure that the individual was insured and further set-up the claim, with the individual's insurance company, to have my car repaired. For someone who was concerned about what to do, I feel very happy to have an Allstate insurance agent like Josh. I am very pleased he is my Allstate agent!
