Thus is nothing more than a phishing scam posing as part of your mortgage lender. Do not call. As with everyone else reviewing, we also received this fake letter, exactly the same as all of the others. ALWAYS, ALWAYS call your lender directly if you think something is from them. Do not call any strange numbers. Always do a bit of research and protect yourself from these scams.

I too have received the phishing scam letter with my mortgage lender listed on the paperwork. The Warranty global group tries to make the threatening letter look like it's related to my mortgage. Shame on the people running this scam.

Got a scam letter in the mail with threatening language. Called them and an extremely rude and unprofessional woman answered the phone and quickly asked questions before demanding almost $3000. When I didn't offer my card and kindly declined, she became verbally aggressive.

This is a complete and total scam. The consumer protection agency and other federal agencies should be enlisted to Shut these companies down. Fraud in the inducement. No identifying company information. My 84-year-old mother gets these letters all the time, and now I am getting them. I have no mortgage. There are no home appliances that has a warranty to extend.

Pretty much scammers, pose as your mortgage company and try to pressure a sale. I received a letter, but knew my warranty wasn't up, and googled their number. Not my mortgage company. Surprised no one has burned there business down. Negative stars.
