Made a request for a hardship withdrawal and got the approval to be sent out. After a week, I called back and gave information again and got another confirmation email. When I didn't get the deposit called back to learn that they deposited into wrong account. It's sad when you can't get a financial company can't keep up with your money!

This company customer service line is so dishonest and disorganized. Please avoid working with them to save yourself from future frustration and stress.

The people at this company are dishonest, and will try to get you out of as much money they can without giving you any real results. When you complain, they will send you through a process that ultimately never gets resolved. Save your time. Go to someone who actually cares about you.

They allowed me to just walk right on in. I met the cutest financial agent ever. I sure hope my money well grow with her help.
