Those employees have no professional ethics. I'm calling to cancel my insurance and they're very slow to resolve customer issues.

I would give zero stars if possible due to the treatment. I recently had an unfortunate experience with iSURE Insurance Agency. The agent I spoke with, Blake Thermilus, claimed to be the "owner" of the agency but was exceptionally rude and failed to update my information correctly. During our conversation, a woman in the background, who seemed to be the actual owner, spoke with a disrespectful tone. When I inquired about her identity, she refused to provide her name. Despite my efforts, the agency did not update my address or information as requested, nor did they follow up on the necessary formation. We got this insurance through our mortgage. They look for excuses for you to file a claim. 0 communication skills. Worst company ever. We are switching over to a trusted insurance company.

I am so disappointed in you all customer service yesterday. When running a business you should never never disrespect your clients! Especially when they are 69 years of age Antoinette Forte !!! You disrespected my grandmother & cursed her out all because she was not understanding the notices she was receiving from you all. That is unacceptable whatsoever!!!!She is a senior citizen & did not deserve the treatment you & your son Blake provided her! I will be sure to make a complaint because all calls are recorded on the business line she called you all from ! This is so unacceptable! As a business owner no matter how frustrating your job can be you should always remain professional!

Never knew I had this company with my mortgage, never got any calls or emails. Recently cut ties with them, they never followed up with me on anything. Poor communication skills.
