W Va Automobile Adjustment

Absolute pain to deal with from start to finish. Found them in the American recovery handbook for an out of town recovery. After 24 hours of sending our info, we called and they still hadn't processed it. Once they recovered the vehicle, they failed to send us a picture report for a whole week, which racked up several days of storage. Vehicle needed a key to get onto the transporter so we hired a locksmith to make an emergency trip to program one. When he arrived, no one was there to let him in. They only accept cash or check payments which is impossible to make in short notice from several hours away. From top to bottom, this company made getting an out of town repo way more of a hassle and expense than it needed to be.

My vehicle was repossessed and WV Auto made the process as easy as possible to get my car back. Their staff was very helpful and friendly.

THIEVES!!!! Stold all my money, cigarettes, prescription meds, and some other stuff. Doesn't do any good to call the cops cause it's personal property. WV law allows the repo but they aren't allowed to touch YOUR personal stuff.

They had to do a repo on my moms car. Instead of towing the car. They drove it to Charleston. Not only that, they drove to the wrong place, it was suppose to go to Clarksburg, WV. They took off the license places and refused to bring them to to us after we drove all the way to Charleston.

Do not recommend this place at all!!! I had $30 in my vehicle which I am absolutely positive of. Had to get a tow truck, my money and all of my change in my car was gone. Apparently this place is hard up for money considering they needed my pennies as well.
