Dena from smith family insurance was absolutely amazing. I called about my bill asking why it went up. Before she called me back she ran some numbers and everything and got me some quotes to lower my insurance for me and got me the best rate possible for my age with my “at fault” accident back in 2021 I was paying 197 something a month for liability and now she’s got it to where I’m going to be paying 126.06 a month. Even got me road rode assistance at no up front cost to me! Absolutely would recommend!!
