Replying telling the same lie again doesn’t make you right! Absolutely horrible horrible service! Beware they like to lie!! Called back in march because my business insurance stated they were dropping me. Hoping we could find a new company to replace it when the time came, only to be told it wasn’t it big deal and to not worry about it because there are plenty of company’s out there that would take me on. Just to get a call the day before my policy ends stating good luck we couldn’t get anyone to take me on. Hope you figure it out. As soon as they noticed they wouldn’t be making anymore money from me their attitude changed quickly!

I have had my policies with Volk’s for almost 9 years now. I have never been disappointed with service or rates. Any time I call to rate check or make a payment I am treated with the up most respect. When I call they know who I am by name and they are quick to pull up my policy in question. I have referred my family and they all say the same thing. I highly recommend going with Volk’s when shopping for insurance.

Best insurance agency in Joplin!! They work hard to get you the coverage you need at an affordable price!! Wished I'd gone there years ago. I have my home and two vehicles insured with them , saved $30 from the previous agent...and have exactly the same coverage.
