BEST customer service I have EVER had in ANY industry!! There is no reason for anyone to go anywhere else - KRAFT is the best! My insurance went up thru a vendor of theirs by almost $50 a month - when I called they informed me that they had already flagged my account and I was on a "shopping list" - they AUTOMATICALLY began to look for a better rate for my family - what did they find? A savings of over $100 MONTHLY!! Same coverage, deductibles and company - KRAFT INSURANCE!! I LOVE THIS FAMILY!! I am so grateful that people still do business the right way, earning it everyday - not just at sign up time!!

The people who work here are wonderful and hardworking. Every time I have called with a change they have handled it very quickly and have had excellent communication. With hardly any effort on my part they reviewed my current insurance and found me the same coverage for $2000 less a year for home/auto. I'm extremely grateful for their help.
