I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance provider. I was paying nearly $2,000 over six months (more than $300 per month) to cover two cars and three drivers. When I sold one of my more expensive vehicles, I expected my premium to decrease—but instead, it increased, which made no logical sense. The explanation I was given was vague and unconvincing. Mike was recommended on Next Door after asking the community for insurance agents. He was recommended by two "neighbors," and I understand why. I called fairly early in the morning, expecting to leave a message... instead, Mike answered the phone, asked questions, and said he would get back with quotes. He did just that. Nice agent, less expensive insurance with more coverage. Exactly what I was looking for.
