I sent Mark a request for term life insurance on 3/19/25. When I followed up a week later, he tells me it’s the first time he’s hearing of it. I had previously sent him the liability limits I need for business insurance, but he wouldn’t do anything without the declaration pages. I can’t even get an estimate after providing detailed info on my coverage needs?!?! After he pawned me off on some other guy, I decided to cut my lost time and get coverage elsewhere.
