This is the best insurance company thus far, the agent was warm and inviting and was very helpful in helping me with the features needed for my policy. I plan to discuss moving my homeowners insurance to VA Farmers as well.

Love this company!! I am 51 years old, so have had my fair share of experiences with insurance companies (auto, health, homeowners, etc.) over the years. Never have I had an experience like I had recently with VA Farm Bureau! This was my first claim with them (and hopefully no more to come), but it could not have been easier. It was a large claim, having to do with a main sewer issue that had sewage backed up into the property basement....100'+ of main sewage line needed replaced; needless to say big $$$'s. I was terrified about how I was going to pay... Called VAFB. They were amazing! The claims adjuster ALEX BERRY called me back within 1 hr on the afternoon of Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He reassured me I would be good and encouraged me to get contractors coming ASAP. He met

Adrienne at the Hull Street office was again a very pleasant helper with an electronic payment issue. In fact, the few times there has been a reason to contact either my local office or a regional billing center, everyone has been very nice and helpful! This county office is great! I love my agent Kevin and Carin at the front desk are so helpful and kind. My concerns are handled immediately and efficiently. Everyone in the office is friendly, accommodating and kind. I recently lost my husband and was treated with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
