I visited this insurance office today, and I was very disappointed with the service. Instead of answering my questions respectfully, the female employee was laughing at me. I did not feel respected as a customer. Professionalism and basic respect are very important, especially in a business setting. I hope management will address this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.

I had car insurance for 10 years with Farm Bureau, until one day I was treated really bad on the phone with someone in the office when I questioned their new quote. I couldn’t believe that she treat a client for 10 years with them this way. I had recommended dozen of people to get car insurance with them (which is I was wrong!). So I checked other car insurances. And to be honest I pay half the price right now. I guess things happen for a reason.

I have had home and auto coverage with Virginia Farm Bureau for many years. Any claims I have filed were taken care of promptly and smoothly. My agent, Timothy “TJ” Conley, is just awesome! He always responds to my questions quickly and is so personable - it’s like I am meeting with a friend, not just an insurance agent. Both my husband and I are very happy to have him as our agent.

Belinda in the Rockingham office is always on top of things. She lets me know well in advance if there's anything I need to know about my policy. She's always looking out for her clients, I trust her with all of my insurance needs.
