They can't help with GEICO related things for an existing customer, but they went out of their way to help me get the info and get to the right people for the issue I was having.

Simply put, Nikki is the best! Being in the car business and working wild hours there have been many times we have needed insurance quotes at late hours and I know I can always count on Nikki to get the information we need! She is always there for us when we need her! Thank you Nikki!

NOT reflective of John Edwards, but GEICO in general. Having a terrible experience with GEICO right now. First agent says vehicle is repairable and should even have some wiggle room (it was a very light impact). Then badgers me to have it moved to a body shop ASAP because the wrecker service is charging them storage (all this while they know I'm helping my wife who just gave birth). I comply and get it moved quickly then after nearly two weeks they send another agent to say it's totalled instead. The shop wants to charge them storage since they're no longer getting the work and GEICO is trying to put that bill on me instead! Furthermore, they're requiring that I return the rental early even though Enterprise says they're required to cover until the 18th for total losses. This has been any

SOoo I just gotta say my experience with Progressive insurance customer service was dreadful. I was trying to get a new car insured that had special needs and I got passed around by 8 people until the last person tried to SEND ME BACk to the first one again!!! SO i was in a bad mood when I decided to say screw them and call GEICO instead. I was very testy on the phone and the GEICO agent Patricia E. was super friendly!. Made me feel welcome and was super helpful and professional the whole way through. Her demeanor completely melted my bad mood by being understanding and efficient in assisting me. I just wanted to say thank you for having such a kind Customer service staff that is understanding and gets the job done in one call!!
