His insight was extremely valuable and we are now confident in how well protected we are. He also helped our daughter take over her own auto policy and walked her through it all as well. I've had various Erie policies with this group for a very long time, including two personal and two business policies currently. I called the office yesterday with a question and spoke with Cathy Kirkland. She was very helpful and thouroughly reviewed all my policies. Today she contacted me early about a solution for one of my policies and we took care of it on New Year's Eve. Mike is the agency owner and I'm sure he knows he has a gem in Cathy. I've worked with ICOH for many years now. When we first switched things over, our coverage increased and our premiums went down, saving us a lot of money. We've unfortunately had to use our insurance on a variety of occasions and the service is unmatched. They always pick up the phone and do their best to take care of you as quickly as possible, what else can you ask for. It's refreshing to get this quality of service year over year. With other businesses, you often see quality of service decrease and sometimes prices increase, once they think you're locked in. Not with ICOH! They truly care!

Erika of ICOH is probably the hardest-working insurance agent I've run across, and I'm old. She was extremely responsive on e-mail and really went the extra mile to find the best possible price and the best possible fit for our insurance needs. I highly recommend her.
