Not sure there could possibly be a worse Insurance company. Go through hoops for any service. Then not enough to pay for the damages. Excellent service when you are considering signing a policy...but once you commit...that relationship is over. I should have expected that with all the ridiculous amount of commercials bombarding you. It's very obvious they care more about signing people on than taking care of them after the sale. I would stay away.
They are charging me on credit and I know who they are, give me my money back.
I didn't end up deciding to purchase anything, but Vincent was great at answering all of my questions and had excellent follow-up. Would recommend.
I highly recomend Vinny for all insurance needs.
