I have been working with Baltic insurance for a number of years until I got assigned to Laura Vaz. I recently changed my family situation and I had to ensure again my cars. I switched insurance and I received a phone call from Laura Vaz. I was thinking that the call would be to give me a counter offer and keep my business at Baltic insurance, but all I got was Vaz yelling "YOU'VE WASTED MY TIME". I have never seen such an unprofessional behavior from an insurance agency. Rather than call the customer to gain it back, she called me and complained that she had to do work (isn't that what she's paid to do?). When I remarked that I was losing more than $1,000 per year because of their higher premium, she remarked that I still wasted her time. I would not go to this agency if you have a choice
