I came here because I honestly didn’t trust the Walgreens near me to have someone who knew how to take a passport photo. The woman was very knowledgeable. She looked up the specific country requirements, snapped the pic, printed them, cut, and placed in a booklet. I was done in ten minutes flat. Because of my membership tier, the two photos were completely free. Thanks to AAA for being so convenient!

I had an overall positive experience with the technicians who assisted me, but unfortunately, a very rude and unprofessional dispatch/customer service representative made an already stressful situation significantly worse. For context, I got a flat tire on the highway around 1:00 AM and had to pull off onto a side road where I was illegally parked in a tow zone while waiting for help. Given the weather and the time, I understood the two-hour wait for assistance. By the time the technician arrived, it was close to 4:00 AM, and I was there with my two sisters in an unfamiliar area. Technician 88 – Dasean R. was outstanding. He was calm, kind, and incredibly professional. My class D license was expiring and I couldn’t get an appointment for renewal and upgrade to real ID at the nearby Mass RMVs until one month later, so a friend recommended that I sign up for AAA to get a faster appointment. I’m so glad that I did because I was able to get an appointment at this Boston location for the following day! I was shocked at how quickly I was seen and processed when I arrived- in and out in less than 15 minutes. Moreover, the woman who processed my application, Fatima, was very pleasant and efficient. I will only use AAA RMV services from now on, including my next passport renewal!

Wound up waiting over 4 hours and never got service. Was in an unsafe location to change a tire and wound up pushing my car and changing the tire myself. Wait time estimates were totally inaccurate. Kept telling me 30 minutes on the phone (spoke with multiple people who were rude) and kept waiting for hours. Will be cancelling my membership. Total waste of money.

I came to get an international driver’s permit and was impressed with how smooth and quick the process was. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Branch manager JoAnn was so kind, professional, and efficient. Permit was $20. Photos are $16 unless you bring your own or have a free set included in your AAA membership.
