DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! After trying to let them know that I was canceling my policy and would like an email confirmation that I was canceling, FRANK SAID "F*@$ YOU" and hung up on me. I called again hoping to get some resolution and the moment I said please email me, he hung up on me. They also charged my account AFTER I had emailed requesting that my insurance policy be canceled. I plan to contact the California Insurance Commission at this point.
