I am beyond thrilled with the service I received from Kait Hamilton and her office and claims team. I was so nervous about filing a claim but it all went so smoothly and I was compensated for my loss. Kait, her office team and the claims agent were kind, professional and understanding. I am so happy Kait and State Farm is my insurance agent.

I called to cancel my car insurance policy due to needing my own policy at 26 and found other options. When I called I was informed I could look into options of keep my car insurance with them how easy it would be to make a new policy. I was a bit hesitant at first but I spoke to Kaitlin and she did an AMAZING job of explaining everything and listening to concerns and issues of mine and clearing them up. She was very professional but personable. Switch to my own car issuance policy at 26 seemed very confusing but it felt incredibly effortless and clear.
