Rude, unprofessional and lazy. They give you the run around with everything about your policy, they don’t correct mistakes when promised. My wife has had it with them. Save yourself the hassle.

I just switched Ins companies today. I used Vic Hatami for 2 years and it was nothing but a hassel. Playing phone tag with him and his daughter was really annoying. I went in there today (10/20/23) to make a payment on my vehicles and open a new policy. He was on the phone when I walked in and doesn't say a word. Just let's me stand there for 15 mins instead of looking up and acknowledging me and telling me to wait a bit. After his phone call I tell him I need to make a payment and he asks where my paper is that came in the mail and said he couldn't do it without. So I said I'd run home to grab it. He calls me a minute after walking out the door and says he doesn't do the new policies only his daughter does, so I'd have to come back when she's there. Meanwhile, he's the one that originally

The agent entered the wrong address on my initial policy and my insurance was canceled because I never received any bills...I knew the address was wrong when I signed but he was old and in a rush and said he would fix it later....he never did !!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!!

They have dollar a DAY insurance for NJ drivers so ...can't beat that.
