Be Away . This people cheat u and say different things after u sign with them and very rude when u call them.I cancelled my policy with them really quick.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the customer service at the Tom Miller agency. I had the surprise of a lifetime, finding out that my homeowner’s insurance had dropped me after more than a decade. I was in a panic! I was able to reach Sean who calmly and efficiently was able to help me secure a new policy, sending it directly to my mortgage company, and at a much cheaper price (as a customer who bundles) than my previous policy. I cannot thank him and Tom Miller enough for helping me to handle this difficult situation!

Kathleen Miller was exceptionally helpful with my auto claim. At our initial contact, she arranged for a car rental, and having my car moved to a shop.
