Aaron Friedman: Allstate Insurance

They did not answer their phone. I could not get a new car out of the dealership because Mr. Friedman did not answer phone and Allstate could not use their computer but the whole time they had us on hold for hours. It took 2 days to get the insurance card. Our dealer had an idea of calling another agent that came up on the computer. That person helped us to get our insurance card. We have been customers for years. Rethinking that.

They NEVER answer the phone. Every time I call with a question someone from out of the USA answers from a call center. I have been an Allstate customer for 47 years and my past agent sold his business to the Friedman agency and it is the worst agency if you need personal contact.

Amazing service amazing office amazing insurance amazing prices. You can count on them to really help and explain everything thoroughly, I was relying on a 1800 operater for my policies until I met Aaron and his team. They gave me more coverage and for a better price, beware of lizards!
