He doesnt care about you. Just your business. When a problem arises, he won't take any action to help. Just refers you back the the insurance company, but when you do call them, they say call your agent. Save your time. Go elsewhere Edit: once he found out about the review, he texted me and ridiculed me. Saying I should make better financial decisions. I have text messages to prove the Vanwert Agency doesnt care about you. Just your business. Also his only 5 star rating is his wife.
Great personalized experience! Having an agent you can call on 24/7 has been way better than the big box carriers I've had in the past who could care less. Definitely call Mike to see how he might help.
