You should hire as many Rick Plates as you can find. He found me the best deals, and explained everything clearly and professionally. As all agents should do,..he "held my hand" through the entire process and made what could be confusing seem eloquent and simple. It was a pleasure doing business with him,...and as a 76 year old that spent 23+ years with QVC,... I know good customer service when I see it.
