ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My last prior dealing with this company was in January 2025 for renewal of business policy in February, when a representative changed it to The Hartford. I discovered in October 2025 that we had the wrong coverage by way of being in the totally incorrect category. I tried repeatedly to reach that same rep at her direct number, but got a constant busy signal and her e-mail bounced back - and similar with the agency's alleged owner. I tried a number/prompt provided by The Hartford; I left a message, but no one returned my call. Ditto with the main number on the website. I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED. I have expended - literally - several hours over several days to reach someone. I have now switched to an entirely different agency and company.

I personally have dealt with bernadette zeigler many times and she has always made every experience easy and pleasant. I feel that she is not allowed to retire until i am dead (ha ha). she is the best
