Vanguard Insurance

zero stars....This is a bad business to use to shop for home or auto insurance. Teresa wrote a policy for American Tradition and I never signed an application after I shared with her I was shopping quotes. I have been fighting with American to remove the balance. I called for her assistance with this matter and she hung up on me. As an insurance agent it is unethical to write a policy without customer's approval. Do not do business with this agency

A friend referred me to them and I reached out. Didn’t get a call back right away. But then when I did finally hear back from them, learned that it’s a small agency with one or two people in the office. At first, the auto quote they gave me was higher than my current policy. But a couple days later, they called me back with news that they were able to bring it down cheaper. The guy there had apparently kept working with the quotes. Planning on quoting my house next.

I cannot express how much how unprofessional Theresa is. All the bad reviews line up with how she treats her clients when it's not with her not responding back in time or at all its with her nasty attitude. If you are thinking about calling this agency RUN AWAY!!!!!!!

Another day, another problem with this agent. Just got notification that my homeowners insurance is cancelled for non-payment. Teresa and I have had a few conversations about the payment. I changed the insurance company & told her that I was also refinancing (which wasn't completed until AFTER the insurance policy took affect). The original mortgage sent her a check for the insurance (we discussed the $5 price difference & how the new policy was cheaper so the check was enough to cover.) Explained what was going on again. Received a call last month from her asking about the payment from the mortgage holder. Explained what we had discussed before & that she had gotten the check. Basically she said "ok". (Didn't bother to do any research??) Now This!!!! Complete lack of follow up on her part

An old co-worker referred me here for help shopping around because my insurance rate had just increased drastically. Everywhere I looked, the rates were insane. Some friends and I from work decided to check Vanguard out together, and I was able to find cheaper insurance for my *Mom approved* mini-van! Renters insurance too, bonus! :)
